Standard delivery orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. For express delivery orders, we endeavour to dispatch items on the same day. Once dispatched, please allow between 2-7 business days for the items to be delivered, this is subject to the delivery service selected.

Email confirmation will be sent after packing your order. A tracking number will aso be sent.

If you have decided to change your mind about your purchase, do not open the packaging as you can return the product if unopened.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (unless it is damaged or defected). You’ll also need proof of purchase (email confirmation which we send after purchase).

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
